Little throwback to last weekend when we were invited to The Farmers Dog to provide some decorative flambeaux to provide warmth and a festive glow.

Jeremy Clarkson was on hand to introduce The Hawkstone Farmers Choir for the first ever ‘Not-So-Silent Night Carols’

It was great to be involved with all the festive cheer and look forward to next year.

Our team is amazed that summer has already come to an end but we are all agreed that we had a brilliant summer season, so thank you to all our freelance technicians that support across in delivering our events and projects. We simply couldnt the provide the level of service without them.

As the summer wrapped up, we were thrilled once again to be part of CarFest at Laverstoke Park Farm, providing a range of services including Full Track Commentary, Paddock Announcement PA, Site Wide Fibre Optic Infrastructure, and Video Distribution Network.

At CarFest, our team strategically set up over 200 PA speakers for the track commentary system to ensure clear audio was delivered round the full perimiter of the track, this included use of custom mounting frames fabricated in-house at KJE HQ.

Moreover, our event experience in deploying fibre infrastructure and video distribution systems using our range of Blackmagic Design nodes and fibre patch panels allowed us to provide Voice of God emergency announcement capability and video footage to all screens across the event site.

Collaborating with our friends at Firestorm Pyro FX, we also delivered a breathtaking pyro finale for the main stage. CarFest holds a special place in our hearts, being an event we have been a part of since its inception in 2012, supporting impactful causes for children.

As we wrap up the summer, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our clients for choosing KJE as a delivery partner. Looking ahead, we are now gearing up for upcoming meetings about Christmas events.

At KJE, we take pride in delivering creative event solutions across the UK and Europe.

Recently, Director Kevin England led some events closer to home, showcasing our dedication to our local community.

We supplied a comprehensive power generation and distribution package (with thanks to our good friends at Project Power) alongside one of our 100v PA system for the Berkeley Show, ensuring crystal clear event commentary for all the crowds.

In Thornbury, we supported the local Carnival with a complete technical package for the main stage, featuring our line array loudspeaker system, digital mixing consoles, stage snakes, and a full band microphone package including our latest arrivals from Sennheiser

We hope that everyone attending the events had a great time.

What a weekend it has been! We were thrilled to support our friends at SWG Events with a 100v PA package for the polo event at Guards Polo Club Following that, we packed up the van and traveled to Morecambe for the Armed Forces Day.

Teaming up with the local radio station Beyond Radio (Lancaster & Morecambe) we deployed multiple sets of our custom duo and quad 100v speaker setups across two locations. Our specification was to provide show commentary and reinforcement for the poignant drumhead ceremony, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all attendees.

It's always an honor to stand in solidarity and show support to our Royal Marines and all of HM Armed Forces.

Proud of our technicians for coming together to make these events a success! 🇬🇧

Well, the summer events season is in full swing, as we near the end of June, the sun has finally made its much-awaited appearance.

Over the opening weekend, we were kept on our toes with a special effects package at In It Together Festival, a technical setup for a WCA sanctioned fight night with Pro K, and an audio-visual package for the Graduation Ceremony at Brymoor School. It was indeed a busy but exhilarating period.

Collaborating with Firestorm Pyro FX our joint efforts totally hit the mark, leaving our client delighted. Using Galaxis G Flames and MAGIC FX C02 Jets across multiple stages and our bespoke smoke machines from added a spectacular touch, creating an unforgettable visual experience with plumes of smoke and fire emanating from the Steel Works Stage.

To cap off a brilliant weekend, we delivered stunning show closing Pyro Show behind the Parc Stage featuring Dizzee Rascal to light up Sunday night, wrapping up an eventful few days.

It’s the fourth installment in our series and today it’s the engraving machine.

Our CNC Rotary Engraver and Router has been a game-changer since we first purchased it. While the laser engraver has taken over some day-to-day tasks, our Vision 16/24 remains a vital component of our engineering arsenal. Its ability to mechanically engrave onto various substrates is unparalleled, making it particularly useful for drilling holes in PCBs with reliable accuracy.

In the third installment of our series we are going to introduce a recent addition to the sheet metal fabrication process - the Guilfell 1220 Autobend.

With the ability to bend material up to 1200mm wide and 10mm thick, we can now create any shape required by the project. Our usual setup involves bending 1.5mm sheet, which, when combined with our plasma cutter, allows us to craft panels and enclosures from scratch. We're excited to offer this new capability to our clients.

Here are some projects that have been completed entirely in-house, but we don’t just make panels and enclosures. Our own Snow Storm X1 has been entirely designed and fabricated by us.

Early morning start for us today! We were up bright and early to lend a helping hand to the organizers of the Berkeley Show

Our team created custom banners to promote the event which is on Sunday 30th June.

Thanks to our friends at Metamark for the quick delivery of the materials. We are now looking forward to seeing these banners displayed!

In the second post of our series, we're excited to introduce you to our plasma cutter! Once a design is approved by the client, our Pro CNC Plasma Cutter takes over, cutting out letters, numbers, stencils, holes, and even logos from sheets of steel or aluminium.

The machine operates using accelerated jets of plasma that makes quick work of the material, bringing creative designs to life.

Behind the scenes, providing the necessary air for the plasma to function is our Kaeser Compresores air tank installation, recently serviced by the team at Compressor Systems who were fantastic.
