Please tell me I’m not alone with freezing my drink to stay cool during the day ?? It reminds me of when I was at school !!

Well I have had a busy day putting away the new yarns from King Cole Yarn & Pattern Supplier

First up we have

🧶Animal Kingdom - the most gorgeous animal print yarn that makes up gorgeous toys and garments !

🧶Crystal Cotton - wow 🤩 this has flown off the shelf since it arrived so be quick to stock up on the perfect yarn for this heat wave

🧶4 new colours of Crescendo Aran - new patterns as well

🧶2 new colours of Yumtastic along with a restock of 2 of the most popular colours

🧶 3 new colours of Glitz aren’t they gorgeous!!

I think that’s enough temptation for one week ……… tune in later in the week for the next lot !!

Today sums up the uk weather!! We have had extreme heat and now rain !
Don’t worry tho because YaY has the yarn for all weather !!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello today and for those that braved the knit & natter to support the_market_cafe_lounge it really means the world to us .
I don’t need to start another project but ……
Pictured is one of the new yarns I received today ! 100% cotton perfect for the warmer days to come !
There is so much newness to show you that arrived today and more to come by the end of the week !! Exciting!

Grateful is just not a big enough word !!
A few months ago Crochet Now magazine posted for people to recommend their favourite yarn shop and being the fabulous cheerleaders that you are you put some gorgeous comments on about our beautiful corner of colour .
Crochet Now contacted me to see if I would like to feature in issue 135 of the mag …. And here it is !!

It’s been a wild 2 years and I really wouldn’t be where I am now without you all !

WIP WEDNESDAY!
A wip that I started when we went on holiday is on the top of my pile today !
I love having a bit of cross stitch on the go to dip in and out of when I loose my crojo !
First time I have worked on a dark aida and I am enjoying it !
