Could you be the face of our new project?

We’re on the hunt for a confident individual with a cracking sense of humour and solid coffee knowledge to front our new web series!

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in the world of speciality coffee. 
- Comfortable conducting engaging interviews with guests.
- Quick on your feet when it comes to improvisation. 
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in stand-up or sketch comedy.
- Able to write/co-write

Our favourite season of the year is upon us, and if you’re like our crew, we're holding tight to that cup of batch brew [Currently brewing ‘s Honduras washed] or getting a refill of our extra brute 100% cacao hot chocolate. 
 
For those who visit our coffee shop on Wine Street regularly, you may notice that some songs are repeat across our several playlists, like ‘Limits’ from and ‘Favourite kind of girl’ from - It’s an honour to have them play live at the studio this month! GSP is now sold out, but if you’re a member of our Guest Pass, we will be dropping tickets to a few lucky ones, and Arctic Lake’s tickets are running low. Other exciting highlights include the renowned American singer, poet, and writer .lunch.official , as well as the Brazilian psychedelic pop talent . We strongly recommend securing advance tickets, as our shows are selling out fast. 
 
As the festive period approaches [faster than we’d like], we are very excited to be hosting a special edition of the x on the 13th of December, with more dates available to be booked privately or shared with other groups. Get in touch to find out more and celebrate with a twist! 
 
We are also pilot-testing an idea which is about creating a library of creative tools, including special books, magazines, hardware, and more. Keep an eye on our socials for more details.

Newcastle post-punk quintet dust are fast cementing their status as one of Australia's most singular and essential bands. Urgent, mesmeric, and arresting both on and off the stage, the collective have wasted no time in ensuring that their music and message reaches as far as it possibly can.

Forming against the backdrop of COVID in May 2020, the group – comprising vocalists and guitarists Gabriel Stove and Justin Teale, bassist Liam Smith, guitarist and saxophonist Adam Ridgway, and drummer Kye Cherry – gathered whenever they could to hone their craft, performing at every possible chance as they sharpened their sprawling yet intricate sound.
