With just over a month until the BS4 Arts Trail, we're excited to start sharing this year's artists with you!

First up, Venue 2 is brand new for the 2026 trail: is an immersive, welcoming community gaming space that opened in Knowle in summer 2025. They've been hosting tabletop gaming events, serving great food & coffee, and slaying dragons ever since! For more info and a full delicious menu visit hoarddungeons.com.

Hoard are hosting three talented trail artists:

Makes fabulous mixed media fantasy portraits and Venetian masks
treasures takes inspiration from table top role playing games like dungeons & dragons to create whimsical crochet creatures, mythical beings and little fellas to bring joy to people.

is a whimsical illustrator creating products like charms, pins, stickers, and misc other items to the theme of circus' or magic.

Our first artists social of the year is on Thursday 30th April - fancy joining us?

Our socials are a great opportunity to meet other artists, ask any burning questions and meet the team behind the BS4 Arts Trail. Is completely informal - pop in for a few minutes or settle in with a drink!

Applications are now closed for this year's BS4 Arts Trail, and it's going to be our biggest yet!

If you've applied to take part, and said you'll be running a workshop, demo or other activity during the trail, please email us the details as soon as possible so we can include it in the printed Trail guides.

We're very excited to have a brand new community venue, just added to for 2026! is an immersive community gaming space and cafe on Redcatch Rd, BS4 2EP. Since their opening last summer, Hoard have been hosting tabletop gaming events, slaying dragons (only the bad ones) and serving a delicious menu of sandwiches, soups, hotdogs, chips and loaded fries, plus excellent coffee from Bristol’s own Radical Roasters.

A welcoming and friendly space, Hoard is the ideal spot for creatives inspired by the fantastical and whimsical. If you're interested in a spot at Hoard, email [email protected] .

Another new community venue this year, St Christopher's is a lovely, large church on Hampstead Road, a short stroll from . A popular venue for community activities, from yoga and dance classes to baby groups and fairs, the light church hall has space for 10 artists. Tables and chairs are available if you need them, and there will be refreshments on site.

One of our new community venues for artists this year, is a lovely big, airy space on Emery Road, just round the corner from .glass.loft and on the edge of Brislington Meadows. Part of , it's often used for band rehersals and workshops, so there are plenty of sockets around the room for those of you who use extra lighting on your stall, while the high ceiling and full length glass doors provide lots of natural light. The site will be buzzing with people attending Saturday Music Club at Firebird Studios next door, and the cozy adjoining Green Room has a kitchenette for your tea breaks and potential workshop space, plus there's free on site WiFi and parking!

All Bristol artists & creatives are welcome, whether you're a seasoned pro or you've just started out!

This year's Trail is on the 13th & 14th June 2026, linking again with our pals and their St Anne's Open House weekend.

Open up your studio/shed/garage/front room, or apply for a space in one of our fabulous community venues. We'd love to have you join us this summer!
