“I’m Lou and I’m the creative behind the sustainable brand ByLouMoffat! I started my brand after I graduated from a fashion design degree last Summer and struggled to find a graduate job during the pandemic!

My brand is focused around my colourful, hand-drawn print designs that are inspired by the 60s and 70s, which I get printed onto fabric and then sew up into a range of textile, home products, clothing and accessories in my home studio!

Sustainability was hugely important for me when developing my business, with all my fabric being organic and printed using eco-friendly dyes and water free manufacturing, all the components for my business from zips to packaging are sourced within the UK to lower my carbon footprint and every product is made to order with a zero waste policy.

My brand aims to make products that bring a splash of colour into people’s lives, providing premium quality products that allow my customers to be sustainable now and groovy forever!”
