Joining us for the first time next Wednesday is the dream combo of Dan Thorman and Lou Zon. Thorman’s ritualistic lush ambient explorations pair with Lou Zon’s analogue process shaped nature footage, transporting us to immersive dreamlike landscapes. Check the clips for an idea of what we’ve got to look forward to 🌿🌊🌞. Tickets up on Headfirst, link in bio.

Just over a week to go until Surgeons Girl and Daisy Dickinson bring their live audiovisual show to Strange Brew. Loved these clips that came out last year. So glad we’ll get to experience the full thing on Weds 10th June. Tickets up on Headfirst, link in bio 🎚️📽️📡

Back for our first event of 2026! Returning to our spiritual home, Strange Brew, for an evening of live audio visual performances. Bean bags and seats at the ready, so get comfy, lean back, and zone in to the visuals and performers on stage.

Topping the bill are newly formed group, SUM. Bringing together Grove, t l k, BIPED, EJ:AKIN and O’Lenahan, they weave through layers of dubbed-out ambience, crunched drum machines and righteously charged vocals. Can we call them a supergroup? Joining them on visuals is Bristol based visual artist Aevi. A regular fixture at WetWare Aevi brings their blend of hyper-detailed fluid textures, clouds of colour and generated pseudo-ancient symbols. Fed through a blend of analog video processing units to grit, meld and mesh them together.

Up next is Storm Neech. A relative newcomer to WetWare and the Bristol gig scene, we’re big fans of their recent releases - big distorted textures deftly paired with acoustic instruments and found sound in nimble experimental electroacoustic compositions. FFO: Aho Ssan, KMRU, Tim Hecker. On visuals is Henry Rolls, a Bristol based visual artist with a focus on film collage. Close cropped clips shift and meld at near kaleidoscopic angles, hypnotic in their frenetic motion.

Rounding out the bill is WetWare resident Myr. They’ll be starting things off with a hazy blend of dubbed ambience, found sound collage and sparse warped percussion. And with the stars aligning, Tikoda makes a return to WetWare, back in Bristol and on visuals for one night only!
