Feeling proud ❤️ This week our young artists totally wowed us by completing their final pieces in acrylic based on photographs in just an hour and a half using impressionist painting techniques and all their new colour theory knowledge. We were blown away by the natural talent and their willingness to explore new techniques.

All about colour this week…wheels, tints, tones and shades and perspective…our artists learned about the Impressionists and explored colour mixing and mark making! Lots of careful, controlled painting to be proud of today! Well done everybody. Next week, we’ll be painting a landscape from a photograph on canvas board!
