Tiny and Tumble Turtles

It is with sadness we announce that Tiny and Tumble Turtles will not be returning in September. Due to a job opportunity which cannot be turned down both Claire and Gill are taking a step back and it is too much for one person to do so our doors are now closed for good.
We have really loved our time running playgroup and hope you have all enjoyed coming. The group started as a dream during COVID and a lack of groups to take our young children too. The dream became reality and we thank you all for your support over the last 2 years as we couldn't have done it without you all.

We have been told there will be a new playgroup starting at the community centre on a Thursday morning.

We wish you all well in the future.

One of our close friends is a personal trainer and starting a postnatal bootcamp. Get in touch with her if you want to book on. I go to her gym sessions and Pat's and absolutely love it I can't recommend it enough.

Do you want to get back to exercise after having children? Do you want to feel strong and confident whilst on maternity leave? Or have you returned to work but now its time to take an hour each week to focus on you?
Then this could be the class for you... Friday mornings at 11.15 - 12pm. Starting Friday 8th September (until 20th October), a seven week program focusing on getting back to exercise and feeling yourself again.
The classes will focus on safely returning to exercise, strengthening your pelvic floor, restoring your core, increasing your strength and improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
Included in the bootcamp is:
7 x classes, each Friday at 11.15am
1 x 1:1 PT session just for you, to focus on your individual goals (worth £27 and booked at a time to suit you)
Nutrition advice
Dedicated FB group
Full support and guidance
Work out and and have fun with other mums
All for just £83.
No childcare? No problem, children are welcome.
