SATURDAY 2PM SHOW! Pauline Eyre and Louise Leigh have amassed a whole bunch of wisdom and they’re ready to dispense it to you. How? Using the World Famous Salad Spinner of Destiny, an array of kitchen utensils and a pinch of chaos, of course.

Guest comics bring their dilemmas and the Aaagony Aunts find solutions together with you the audience, their mystical salad spinner and a selection of kitchen utensils.

Pauline won the Edinburgh Comedy Awards Panel Prize in 2018 for The Homesafe Collective with Angela Barnes and Sameena Zehra and the Edinburgh Ish Awards Panel Prize for The Glitter Project with Funny Women.

She's also a twice nominee for the Edinburgh ISH Awards.

When not performing comedy, Pauline facilitates workshops for universities and businesses. Bespoke courses include Finding Your Voice, Speaking Up in Meetings and Improving Presentation Skills. She is Officially Wise

Louise is a qualified Potato Roguer and has a certificate in hat fitting.

When not performing comedy, she's in a horrific Heated Rivalry hyperfixation, frankly, it's amazing anything's getting done. God, I've not even got a wash on.

KID-FRIENDLY COMEDY-CABARET POETRY PARTY!

A comedy-cabaret poetry party led by stage hypnotist-turned-primary school teacher, Ben Dali.

Framed as a school day with an unusually entertaining supply teacher, this is a fast-paced poetic journey through elements of the Key Stage 2/3 curriculums. Using sharp wordplay, mind-blowing trivia, visual humour and all manner of crazy antics, 'Mr Dali' combines performance poetry, comedy and insights into his hypnotic past to celebrate language, curiosity and confidence.
Set pieces include a rhyming balloon-modelling lesson, joyful exploration of English’s finest 'Humdinger Words', and genuine improvised rhyming mind-reading. Children can perform their own poems in the Show-and-Tell segment: so come prepared!

This world premiere features an epic lineup with some of the best family-friendly performance poets in the South-West today:
Cal Wensley - former host of all Bristol's major poetry events and a producer of the Lyra Festival Poetry Slam, they are a tour de force comic wit and UK slam poetry legend

Melanie Branton - Her show 'The Full English' explores the fascinating history of the English language through the media of performance poetry, silly hats and dad jokes.

Katy Jane - Top local poet and host of Bedminster's leading poetry show 'New Grounds'.

Jenny Brock - Co-author and illustrator of Once Upon A Clock, a new children's book of funny short stories and poems about animals.

Jacqui Inglis - Bristol's leading dribbler and drabbler (50/100 word stories).

In just two years on the circuit, she’s already making waves as a 2026 SOLD OUT shows at Leicester Comedy festival, Bridging the Gap Leicester comedy Festival comedian, 2025 Finalist in West End New Women Comedy, and 2024 Semi-finalist in So You Think You’re Funny, Komedia New Comedian, and Spirit of Comedy.

A 2024 Soho Theatre Labs alum. She performed in Brighton Fringe as part of a split bill with sold out shows.
