Helloooo everyone!
​With the thermometer set to hit a scorching 30 degrees tomorrow, I’ve made the decision to cancel our Wednesday classes (Brinklow 11am & 12:15pm).
​Most of you have mentioned that dancing in this heat feels a bit much and your safety and wellbeing always come first! It is far too hot to be working up a sweat indoors.
​Please take it easy tomorrow, find some shade, keep your fluids up and stay beautifully hydrated! 💦🥛
​We will be back to our usual rhythm and moves on Wednesday 1st July!
​Missing you already, but stay safe in the sun!

I remember meeting Rose at her first class a few months ago now. She wasn't sure whether she'd enjoy the class as she'd tried a few different exercise classes and hadn't really liked them all. I am happy to say that Rose loves my classes and regularly attends!! She is also a wonderful person to have there!! Thanks for your lovely review, Rose!!

Had a lovely morning yesterday networking with the fabulous Socially Shared Women's Network at The Bear, Rugby saying farewell to Jenny McDonald - The Food Freedom Fairy on her final day of hosting the Rugby group.
