CLAYTON | Twisted Frequencies

And last but not least, Twisted Frequencies co-promoter and resident DJ Clayton! 🔊💥

‘Clayton is a Psychedelic Trance DJ based in Brighton UK whose style is Full on Morning and Progressive Trance. He always keeps the dance-floor moving with energetic galloping groovy beats, hypnotic flowing sounds, coupled with an interactive full power performance from behind the decks that flows full of energy into to the crowd.

He started DJing Psy Trance on vinyl in 1999 after a season in Goa, Influenced from his fathers love of Psychedelic rock from a young age.

Living in London, he was in a great place to experience the Electronic music scene that opened up in the 90’s, the beat’s grabbed him and swept him away into a world of wonder and magic. Dj-ing seemed a natural progression and he journeyed through different variations of Trance, House and Acid Techno until 2006/7 when he fell back in love with the Psychedelic Trance scene and buying CDJ’s, realising that all the best Psychedelic sounds were now not readily available on Vinyl anymore, and moved into the digital world.

After moving to Brighton in 2004, he joined Freak Bazaar in 2007, quickly becoming their first resident DJ. Since then he has had the pleasure to play at Psychedelic parties and festivals in the UK, across Europe as well as Goa again 14 years later. He has shared the stage with all of the biggest artists in the magical Psychedelic scene and seems to be at home when performing his style of Trance to the crowd.

Early 2014 he was introduced to Logic and has since started writing his own tracks as well as collaborating and remixing tracks for others, to be released in 2016.

Clayton is currently Co-Promoter and resident DJ at Brighton’s Psychedelic parties for Twisted Frequencies, Freak Bazaar, Fundamental Freqs and Psychedelic Sundays.’

Next up is Twisted Frequencies co-founder, resident & artist behind the scenes! 🔊🌀

‘Constantine aka Con Pith, is a music producer & artist. He is also one of the co-founders and residents of Twisted Frequencies, a psychedelic trance event team based in Brighton, UK!

The world of electronic music and synthesizers came into focus after moving from Greece to the UK back in 2008, but it wasn’t until around a decade later that he started producing proficiently and exploring this realm deeper. Coming from a metal and classical background, music has always been a big part of his life, playing classical and electric guitar from a very young age and performing in various venues and theatres in Greece, both solo and with bands.

The main source of inspiration are the music festivals and events he attended throughout the years, along with all the creatives and people he met along the way.

The healing energy of music & the dance floor is what it’s all about.

His debut album ‘Singularity’ which reflects the start of his psychedelic musical journey & expression was released independently on the 21st of June 2024. He has also been part of the Pulse of Unity, a charity driven project with the largest Psytrance compilation ever
made and has had remixes released on Bom Shanka Music under his previous alias, SpaceFlux.

His latest release ‘Quantum Mechanic’ is a track featured on a VA from Forestdelic Records. He has performed at various events and festivals across the UK & Europe, including Greece, Germany, Cyprus & Hungary.

Con Pith is the outcome of encapsulated & processed experiences, the input is life & creativity, the output is music & art.’

PHILLAX

‘Phillax is the eclectic solo project and mischievous alter-ego of Phil Austerberry, UK-based electronic producer and pianist.

The Phillax sound is a bittersweet psychedelic blend of melodic and euphoric sounds crossed with a haunted vibe. Powerful melodies are interlaced with squelchy and squiggly mind-tickling riffs and rhythms, backed by complex and funky percussive patterns. Tunes are structured building in a progressive style, always taking the listener on a journey. Sometimes the sound is infused with classical piano, adding a unique twist.

In recent years techno has become the main focus for Phil. His latest EP was Dark Prism (May 2025), available on Spotify and all usual platforms. A recent producer DJ set, showcasing his melodic wompy funky sound, was recorded at famous UK psychedelic party Tribe of Frog in November 2025. iDEFUNCT | Unique Tribe

‘iDefunct is a South African DJ, producer, and sound technician who has been shaping dance floors since the late 1980s. Starting in Johannesburg, he played a key role in the early dance culture, performing and working sound at iconic clubs like Sunny Side Up, Black Orchid, Gates, E.S.P Lounge, and Submission.

Originally known as iDefunct, his sound evolved from funky house, electro, and speed garage into psytrance, working with major South African production crews including Lunartech, Fu Cha, Noisy Radicals SA, Psychotic, Teknotribe, and Red Eye. His technical background allows him to create an instant, powerful connection with crowds, turning sets into immersive, emotional experiences.

In 2009, B dOuble Owe relocated to the UK, where he performed at clubs, beach parties, and underground events across Eastbourne, Hastings, and beyond. He has played at gatherings such as Psymera, Celtic Tribe, UFO parties, and festivals including Unique Tribe and Maui Waui.

Musically, his style blends funky progressive, electro, and psytrance, moving fluidly between uplifting, warm, and darker moments. Known for big build-ups and unexpected transitions, his sets are designed to unite mind, body, and soul—drawing dancers into a shared state of pure musical euphoria.

As part of iDefunct – The Unique Tribe, he continues to perform across multiple stages in the UK, bringing a flexible, genre-spanning sound driven by a genuine love of music and the dance floor.‘

Next up, hailing from the hills of Wales and joining us for the first time at one of our events, R4DIUM! 🔊☢️

‘Since a young age, Joshii has been obsessed with music. Picking up a guitar at the age of 7, he realised that he wanted to be a musician.

Around 17 years old he begun his electronic music journey , attending and playing at techno and Drum & Bass parties around Wales, but nothing quite ignited the fire within until he discovered Psytrance.. this is when R4DIUM was born.

R4DIUM is the funky night-psy project of Joshii Ryan Forrest, an innovative 27 year old who stuck his head into the wormhole that is Psytrance in his late teens, invited to the legendary Noetic Flux where he fell in love with everything about the music and found his true family. He found his passion amongst the trippy and funky soundscapes of Night Psy, building his love for the music to the point where he has fashioned his own sound through Psytrance under the aliases R4DIUM - PsynOpticz Records for funky night time music, and KerplunX - (VooDoo HooDoo Records) for the darker subgenres such as HiTech and Forest; to project the style, rhythm and unique sounds of Psy that he loves the most.
