Due to unavoidable circumstances, one of the cast members for our next production, People by Alan Bennett, has had to drop out.
As a result we are desperately in need of a replacement for the part.

Nigel, the assistant film director, is not a big role but, as with all the cast, is integral to the play.
As you can see it was written for a male actor, but could, without too much tweaking , be played by any gender and of any age.
There are not too many lines but, in case you might be daunted by the prospect of learning them at short notice, we have adapted things so that it would not be necessary to learn anything if you don’t want to.

The brilliant Alicia Tolhurst-Brown ART has a one day pop up at the Woodingdean community centre! Go see

A date for your diaries. This one day exhibition will be a sneak preview of what’s to come next year.
There will also be a host miniature paintings and wave painted glasses, perfect for
Christmas.

Hey Woodingdean, just to let you know (because a lot of people have asked) that there is no Christmas pantomime this year (2024). We will return next year (December 2025) with a completely new show.. It'll probably be the last weekend before Christmas - but we'll confirm that nearer the time. The cast and crew look forward to welcoming you then.

I'm excited to announce that Extra Topping Alternative Comedy Showcase has a NEW VENUE in the centre of Brighton, created by Sweet Venues Brighton

From Saturday 16th March all Extra Topping show will be upstairs at The Yellow Book on York Place, a 5 minute walk from Brighton station. http://yellowbookbrighton.com/
