My lovely friend Monica in the Netherlands has asked me to be part of this project bringing a group of female musicians together in the form of "Mujeres Ancestrales" an album about mothers, grandmothers, roots and the invisible threads that connect generations of women. She has a funding campaign finishing in 3 days if anyone feels to support this wonderful project :)

Only ONE WEEK to go and we're already at 70%!

That means just 30% left to reach the goal for my new album.

And here's some great news: thanks to the Voordekunst funding arrangement, once the campaign reaches 80%, the project can move forward. We're getting very close!

Before releasing the new material I'm going to share some of my old recordings. Here is a track I played on way back in 1998 with The Aloof. It was Recorded at Westside Studios in Holland Park run by the amazing Alan Winstanley and Clive Langer, where I worked for many years, The sax has been manipulated with effects so very much part of the overall soundscape..
