Dear friends,

Interest in doing an online club has declined as the web is now so awash with music. We know people are still catching up with the latest online gigs and festivals, and so we’re considering some other way to carry on... It doesn’t look like we’ll be back to meeting in person anytime soon, but do let us know what you’re looking forward to, who you’d like to see perform at the club once we’re back, and whether you’d feel comfortable going to a small folk club gig soon if it were suddenly allowed. If you’re a regular, feel free to send us videos to post as this is a nice way to feel that we are all still in touch (we prefer if these are done especially for the club and not just a YouTube link). If you have any bright ideas about how we can proceed, or any digital format you think we should try (a Zoom singaround etc.) then do comment below. Looking forward to hearing from you,

Okay! Late notice... but we'll be having the folk club online again tomorrow... Obviously, the pubs are now open but gatherings of our nature are still far from safe. If you'd like to film us a quick song or tune, please do so today/tomorrow and send it to [email protected] (or via WeTransfer.com if it's a large file)

OR if it's too late for you to get your act together then send a video of someone who you'd love to see at The Club when we can return to 'New Normality' whatever that may end up being.
