We have a new line up each week, a new headliner each week and a new compere each week so you are always getting something fresh! Remember -spaces are limited, so get there early and have a drink served up with panache by Alex, chat with old and new friends and hang out in this very cool new art space/comedy club! It's a cosy, friendship-making and entertaninig experience :) You will be up close and personal (it IS cosy!) with funny folks from London and south coast at the most interactive and intimate funny venue in Hove (actually). Event Description:

Do you know how sad things make you sad? Well, if you focus long enough on them, they do become funny. Come to this show, Radu will show you how it's done.

Radu started comedy in Romania, earning the title of the “comedians’ comedian.” After moving to London, he became a finalist in the English Comedian of the Year and has been crafting his darkly funny, sugar-coated cynicism ever since. Think venomous wit with a glittery twist.

He’s appeared on the BBC, Channel 4, and Comedy Central, and opened for comedy heavyweights like Louie CK and Jim Gaffigan.

Comedy and jazz have always shared a mischievous heartbeat. From the smoky clubs of the 1940s where stand‑ups riffed between bebop sets to the late‑night TV era where house bands punctuated punchlines, the two art forms have grown up side by side. Both rely on sharp timing, fearless improvisation and the thrill of live performance.

Our Comedy & Jazz Night brings that legacy to the stage. The band won’t be hidden away, they’ll be right there with the comedians, Tonight Show style, adding musical stings, playful riffs and a live soundtrack that lifts every joke. After the comedy wraps, the musicians take over with a full jazz set, turning the room into a late‑night lounge and keeping the energy flowing long after the last punchline.
