Autumn is my favourite time of year for family photo shoots. I love the warm tones and cosy knits.

We met in Stanmer Park for a stroll through the woods first, capturing natural shots of the kids climbing trees and playing. Ending in the stunning walled garden for photos of the whole family, doggy included of course!

Let’s talk about confetti faces! 😆

It’s tricky to keep your head up and smile when people are chucking handfuls of confetti directly at your face (which is usually slightly clumped together from being in their warm hands whilst waiting for you- creating a sort of petal snow ball!) 😆

My tip to the guests- aim upwards into the air above them, not AT them 💪🌸🌺
