Great fun working with the amazing team at The University of Law, for a third year running, filming and live-streaming their prestigious graduation ceremonies at the Barbican Centre.

Always a pleasure to work alongside the excellent 42Live team as well.

So far we've covered:
- 40 ceremonies
- Over 10,000 students
- Streaming to more than 50 countries worldwide

Wow, what a busy, but amazing, couple of weeks we've just had!

Our team have...
- produced a film which was shown at for one of our renewable energy clients
- filmed and live streamed an event to 50 countries worldwide (working alongside the great team at 42Live)
- created videos for a local primary school and also a children's charity which are helping them showcase their amazing work

One of the best things about our job is working with lovely clients in lots of different walks of life! Keep up the great work everyone :-)

Thanks to everyone who got in touch suggesting charities who could use some video production support in these tough times.

Over the last few months we've produced videos for the Children's Respite Trust, Sussex Cricket Foundation, and are planning to film with Care for Veterans as soon as this lockdown is lifted.

Some amazing charities who have all been hit hard by Covid.

Well it's been a funny few months, and I hope you're all keeping well and starting to find your feet again.

We initially lost a lot of work and clients due to Covid, and had to look at a new business model, operating as a leaner organisation, but it seems to be working and we're now busy through to October.

Hopefully this is a sign of recovery- and I hope you're all starting to get busier as well!

Our recent projects have been a mixture of long standing clients such as the University of Law, our old friends at Brighton Marathon, the South Downs National Park, and also some exciting new projects such as a year long project filming with the Woodlands Trust.

Here's a short animation we made for the University of Law to prepare their students for their return to campus in September.

What strange times we find ourselves in…

The next few weeks look like they’re going to be increasingly challenging for the whole country, and, on behalf of the Picture Book Films team, I wanted to say I hope you and your families stay safe and keep well. And a massive thank you to our amazing NHS staff and community carers.

We’re working with a range of clients to help them use video to maintain their online presence, as well as several of our charity partners who have seen their donations plummet whilst demand for their services soar.

If we can offer any free advice on how to create video for yourself or your organisation, we’re very happy to help however we can.
