Pride Sunday left its mark. Now we’re taking that energy to Daltons on 23 August for a day to night rave by the seafront.

This time, we welcome Ana de Llor for her first live act at X-Tapes, alongside a carefully selected lineup of DJs, building the energy and BPM as the night goes on.

Our first workshop, panel and networking event was a milestone for us. Regulars from our previous workshops, along with new faces, came to our first event of this kind, and we’re grateful for the trust.

Seeing all of you connecting, swapping details and asking questions was exactly what we hoped for when putting this together.

Special thanks to our hosts .1991 .ow_tats for the vids & for sharing her knowledge and experience with such openness. We couldn’t have asked for a better guest to lead the workshop and panel.

We’ve already confirmed more workshop dates from August onwards, along with a special collaboration for monthly open decks and livestream recordings.

Hosting our panel is .1991 , a DJ & promoter who shaped Brighton’s grassroots q***r dance music scene for nearly a decade. Spinks is now London-based and focused on their latest event and podcast,

& of course, expect to see our lovely host .ow_tats who’s been supporting X-Tapes for a long time, always bringing good energy to our events.

June 26 is going to be special. We returns to Patterns with two selectors we truly admire for their sound, their presence, and the worlds they create through music.

London-based resident and co-curator of Bluparti, Nina Pixina weaves together ethereal techno, trance-infused melodies and fast-paced groovy rhythms into bold, high-energy journeys. A regular within London’s underground scene, Nina has played at renowned venues like FOLD, Drumsheds, The Cause, Venue MOT and more.

DJ, producer and founder of EPiKA ona:v is known for dark, driving techno with a groovy edge. Having shared the stage with artists like ANNE, Slam, Ben Klock, FJAAK and Randomer, she joins us for a special extended 2-hour set.

Yiota will be closing the night with a 2 hour set.

The night will move through textured rhythms and immersive blends, unfolding naturally on the dancefloor.
