☀️ Saltdean Lido Family Fun Day Saturday 15th August ☀️

Join us at Saltdean Lido for a fantastic celebration of community, wellbeing and family fun, with FREE activities for all the family, children’s activities and a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! 🎩🫖

We’ll be delivering FREE taster exercise classes throughout the day and we still have a few places left, we start at 12.20pm in the Plant Room.

If you haven’t discovered Sol Rising yet, do yourself a favour and have a listen.
