Thanks so much to everyone who came for The Brighton Slamologue last night at Sweet @ The Yellow Book - Brought to you by Witwerks Theatre🎭

We did a Work-in-Progress only night so it was a lovely relaxed vibe all round. Next month the competition will be on again with a little rollover bonus from this month 💰

Massive thanks to:

Rhys Bloy, Paul Levy, Shwan Adam and Louie Renna for your brilliant and varied performances.

Special thanks to Rhys for writing something just for the Slam in only a couple of days - really great work!

We had lots more new faces too which is always wonderful to see, thanks for supporting arts in Brighton🎭❤️

🎭 The Brighton Slamalogue | Wednesday 25th| 7:30PM (90 mins)

Think you know monologues?

The Brighton Slamalogue is a monthly monologue slam where performers deliver 2–3 minute pieces from existing plays and we mean the quirky, offbeat, unexpected choices. No overdone speeches here!

The audience votes. The audience decides who walks away with the cash prize.
Whether you're a seasoned actor or a total theatre newbie, this one's for you!

The Brighton Slamologue this month was our biggest and best one yet 🔥🎭

Huge thanks to Sweet Venues Brighton@ The Yellow Book Brightonfor hosting and to every artist who brought bold, funny, moving and properly memorable work to the room, including our WINNER our runner up Sascha Cooper🎉🏆🏆🎉

Huge thanks to our other Slammers Kiryu Kofi Poku , and FringeReview for coming and filling the room with theatre. The energy was unreal and the audience loved it!
