Carousel Carousel is an award winning learning disability led arts organisation.

Carousel helps learning disabled artists develop and manage their creative lives, true to their voice and vision, challenging expectations of what great art is and who can create it. Our work includes Oska Bright Film Festival, FairGround Records, Carousel Radio and much more. Carousel also has a range of training and offers for schools and young people, and coordinates the national campaign Creative Minds.

The workshops were led by Sonia from Fail Better and Josh from the Blue Camel Club committee.

As part of our ongoing project with .wakehurst and the , Carousel Chorus led workshops alongside the project’s Audio Specialist, Simon, as part of the Wakehurst Community Festival on 8 and 9 May. 🌿

It was a brilliant couple of days bringing people together through music, creativity and community in the beautiful surroundings of Wakehurst.

We’ve got more activity planned over the next few months, so stay tuned!
