Dear singers

I’ve been asked to put together a small women’s choir for the Ledward Centre’s DIVAS gig - a Pride fundraiser on Thur 1 Aug.

Please have a read and confirm if you’d like to sing (today or tomorrow) as I’m allocating and sending out voice parts this week.

REHEARSAL WORKSHOP
There’s a rehearsal workshop at the Ledward centre, 1-4pm on Thur 1 Aug.
Please pay £10 directly to me by this Thursday. If cost is an issue please let me know and I’ll do what I can. You need to attend the rehearsal to take part in the gig as we need to get up to performance standard in that rehearsal.

GIG TICKETS
The gig is at Ironworks studio and performers are asked to buy a ticket for £20 as it’s a fundraiser. The Ledward Centre desperately want to install an accessible toilet upstairs. Please pay this by Thursday and let me know so I can confirm your participation in the choir and send you the voice parts.

Feeling so humbled and full of gratitude for the experience of leading Ravi's Dream Team Choir in the semi finals of Britain's Got Talent.

Still in London and need time to process it all and to catch up with reh hundreds of messages! Donations towards the £133.5k goal welcome. £7k already raised since last night! The whole thing has been EPIC and a true honour to be part of!

[Choirs’ Queen Aneesa Chaudhry is back with her Sing Your Heart Out Workshop at this year’s International Women’s Day event.

Come to a safe space where you can unwind and let your hair down as Aneesa takes you on a vocal whirlwind. You’ll learn a handful of fun songs, have the chance to sing in unison, harmony, to have a go at vocal improvisation and share your vocal journey so far this year! Oh and there’s highly likely to be some dancing along because you’ll want to move while you sing!

I’m working with families from a brain tumour charity to sing on a TV show.
Does anyone have access to a BIG stage (Brighton) where I could do a rehearsal this or next Sunday afternoon 3-4:30 to help prepare them a little?
