Spring Restorative Yoga be like these vibes - gently stretching our minds and bodies out so we feel like we're in a peaceful meadow. Resting, restoring so we can truly enjoy the Spring.

Sessions Thursday 30th April and Thursday 28th May both 6pm - 7pm.

Feels as though we're still shedding those deep heavy winter layers. Come move and be, to move through and off what is ready to be released from those long winter months and find space and lightness as we move further into Spring.
