World best-selling children’s author and poet, Michael Rosen will be celebrating his 80th birthday in 2026 with a brand-new live show, and he’ll be coming to Bridport on Saturday 5th September for two special live performances!

With a perfect mix of superb musicianship and comedy, the UNRAVELLING WILBURYS are brothers ‘Sticky’ W***y, Walter, Thumper, Blind Melon and H***y Tonk, who tell their unique story on how they became a tribute band.

Now so popular that they were even a question on TV show “The Chase”, the boys spend their time travelling all over the UK, from the Orkney Islands to the Isle of Wight; from Penzance to Perth; from Southwold to South Wales; getting rave reviews and packing out theatres along the way in towns whose names they’ve never heard of and can’t pronounce.

The show features the best of the Wilbury albums (‘Handle With Care’; ‘The End of The Line’; ‘The Devil’s Been Busy’; ‘Tweeter & The Monkeyman’) alongside back-catalogue numbers such as ‘Refugee’ (Tom Petty); ‘While my Guitar Gently Weeps’ (George Harrison); ‘Like a Rollin Stone’ (Bob Dylan); ‘Only the Lonely’ (Roy Orbison) and ‘Mr. Blue Sky’ (Jeff Lynne). The act also contains the kind of comedy only a band spending far too many nights in Travelodge hotels could dream up.

As a crucial member of the respected Full Cycle and Reprazent stables, Suv has undoubtedly contributed his fair share to the development of Drum n Bass and definitely to the sound of Bristol. A member of the seminal 1989 group Fresh Four who burst onto the scene with ‘Wishing On A Star’, Suv has continued to carve a musical journey both as a solo producer and part of larger conglomerates with Roni Size, Krust and Die always with the intent to break new ground. Having listened to everything from Bob Marley to David Bowie growing up in the UK, Suv brings a truly urbane, open-minded sense to his musical productions.

Aidan Simpson and Oliver Jessop are two multi-instrumentalists from West Dorset. Aidan’s heartfelt original songs have been heard all over the country, as well as on Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 2. Oliver is an inspired composer of distinctive instrumental tunes. This partnership finds them exploring each other’s work, both new and old, as well as bringing their contrasting approaches together in an appreciation of traditional music and song from around the world.
