We are looking for a sign company who may be interested in partnering with us at Cue & Cushion in Brid.

We have some huge boards on the outside of our building which are ideal for some great advertising for both ourselves and other local businesses in the area. We have already had plenty of interest from interested parties already so there’s some instant money to be made

Giving parking tickets to delivery drivers that are serving many local businesses in this town is as backwards as it gets !

Especially when they have no other parking options and are parked up for 20 minutes tops.

Absolutely ridiculous.

If they in turn stop delivery to Brid, we all lose out!!

Good morning everyone, hope you’ve all recovered from yesterday but enjoyed it as much as we did!

I can’t apologise for the long post on this occasion ;)

On behalf of Shaun, Sara and myself… we want again give a huge thank you to everyone that any involvement in making yesterday possible

My initial count up of money gives us an incredible

❤️❤️👀 —— £2135 !

There is a further £400 to follow from Bridlington Pool League itself taking us over the £2500 mark, WOW!

The Pool Event was won my TEAM ACTON,, who’d of dreamt that one up ey, with runners up TEAM EDGAR from Driffield. The Driff lads are huge supports of our club, what a fantastic group of people you are.

The finalists very kindly donated all £700 straight to Klair. This is on top of the £220 which went in direct from entry fees via Shaun.

Our raffle made an unbelievable £620 of which every penny goes to Klair thanks to the incredible number of donated prizes from local businesses (mentioned on our previous post). I felt like I was reading our raffle winners for hours, there must of been 80 prizes!

A total of £250 was added from a combination of in house Interleague team, along with individuals who donated part of their Grand Slam winnings!

A further £150 was raised from our football card on the day…. Andy / JoJo and Stacey Harrowell deserve plaudits for that one!

Finally, i have just counted an amazing £195 from donation buckets that were left on the bar during the day, this will have included any donations sent over via BACS to Sara and myself from a few people who couldn’t make the day.

To every single one of you, thank you so much! The atmosphere, positivity and overall community spirit is something money can’t buy and yesterday was a day we will never ever forget.

Cue & Cushion want to thank Jase, Mandy, Dom, Kyle, Gail, Cerys, Dave ‘ta’, Nicola + Gav for making it possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!!

I’m scared to press post in case iv forgotten anyone, but please forgive me if I have. You’re all amazing.

Do you reckon Klair, Lilly + Lennon and will let us do it again next year??

Tomorrow is Klair’s day at C&C!

What an unbelievable response we have had, our minds are BLOWN!!

We have an incredible 50+ players turning up to play in the event tomorrow, all paying £20 each to enter, as well as raffle tickets available on the day
