Alongside our packed timetable of shows, talks and demonstrations, we always like to throw in a few extra surprises throughout the day.

You might find yourself stroking a fox, discovering just how tough an armadillo’s armour really is, or even stumbling across an impromptu raccoon feeding session. 🦊🦝

These special encounters are completely unannounced and happen at random, depending on animal welfare and staff availability, making every visit a little different.

🐾 We’re Making Our Talks More Accessible! 🐾

We’re delighted to share that tomorrow (Thursday 30th July), all of our animal talks and our show at Bridlington Animal Park will be accompanied by a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.

We want as many people as possible to enjoy, learn, and connect with our amazing animals, and we’re proud to make our talks more accessible for our Deaf and hard of hearing visitors.

We can’t wait to welcome you for a fun-filled day of fascinating animal encounters, exciting demonstrations, and unforgettable experiences.

Our free-roaming peacocks are everywhere!

✨ They’ll be there to greet you in the car park.
🚶 They’ll happily wander around the park with you.

Don’t miss one of the most entertaining feeds of the day! Join us at 12:30pm to watch our playful Asian short-clawed otters enjoy their lunch.

These fascinating little otters are the smallest otter species in the world and are famous for their clever paws, which they use to search for crabs, shellfish and other tasty treats. They’re highly social animals, living in close-knit family groups, and love to communicate with an amazing variety of chirps, whistles and squeaks!
