Several of you have been asking about the schedule for Easter weekend. Classes will run as usual, provided there are enough bookings.

Starting pole and have questions? We answered some of the most common ones in this video.

What we will add is this. Alongside classes, adding conditioning and mobility work will help you progress faster and feel stronger overall. Extra training like safe, structured gym workouts can really support your pole journey too.

As you progress you will need shorts for skin contact and grip on the pole. Later on a more fitted top or sports bra can also help with certain tricks and overall comfort while moving.

Pole does not have labels. We have seen beginners in their 60s doing impressive things. That said, if you have any health concerns, speak to your GP first and always let your instructor know so training can be approached safely.
