The Great Western Burlesque and Cabaret Festival in Somerset, England was launched in 2017

Applications open on 1st June and close 30th September each year with the Festival taking place in February.

Ladies and gents this week would have been the application opening for the 6th Great Western Burlesque and Cabaret Festivsl.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have had to postpone this. We are mindful that the world is starting to open back up but until we are sure that shows can take place safely for our performers and audiences, without social distancing, without mask wearing and to the same standards expected from GWBF or Hoots n Ho***rs shows we are still on hold.

We cannot wait to welcome you all back when the time is right but for now we have your safety and our reputation to uphold.

Hello one and all, yes we are still here, we've been keeping and eye on how the events of the world have been unfolding and are working in the background for when the world re-opens!

We are fast approaching what would have been 5th Great Western burlesque and Cabaret festival and it saddens us that it won't be going ahead but if fate allows, we will be back with a BANG in 2022.
