🎶 ANNUAL CONCERT 🎶

Just over 4 weeks to go before Bridgend Male Choir take to the stage for our Annual Concert. Both sectional and plenary rehearsals are oozing with enthusiasm. We look forward to welcoming you to the to join us and some fabulous, talented special guests for an evening of friendship through music.

We were thrilled to get a shout out on 106.3 Bridge FM Radio and Bronwen Lewis Music BBC Radio Wales this week in support of the concert, so we expect remaining tickets to sell quickly.

A representation of the choir took part in a ‘walk and sing-song’ today. We walked from Neuadd Aberogwr - Ogmore By Sea Hall to the The Three Golden Cups in Southerndown. We’d like to thank both establishments for their welcome and hospitality. A special thanks must go to the Musical Director of Pontarddulais Male Choir, Clive Phillips for accompanying us on the piano at the end of the walk at the Three Golden Cups. Diolch o galon, Clive! A good time was had by all! 🎶 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🎹 ☀️

Happy Birthday to former Choir Accompanist, Stephanie Todd! Stephanie stepped down as our accompanist after 15 years of loyal service earlier this year. However, we are delighted that she continues to support us in the absence of one of our musical team at rehearsals or concerts when needed. Thank you, Steph!

We are overwhelmed by interest for our forthcoming Annual Concert. Our rehearsals are full of enthusiasm and going well as we prepare for what promises to be a wonderful evening of friendship and music.
