Nearly 10 years on and Quinns still loves a swing! 😀

We were delighted to see this wheelchair swing had been added to Duthie Park in Aberdeen when we visited recently allowing the fun to continue for Quinns. 👏

It also sparked some great conversations with some of the children and their parents in the park. 😊

We had lots of fun trying out giant Domino Park at a ‘Toilets around Perth’ event yesterday. 🚽

Toilets including accessible and Changing Places Toilets are essential for inclusive green spaces so are key features in the game.

We’re always pleased to be at events with Pamis & their Pamiloo and were delighted to meet the representatives of Euan's Guide. 😀

Everything has been in place in Fountain Park for a while now and Quinns has had lots of opportunities to play with friends there.

I still get so frustrated when I see newly developed parks with no thought to accessibility and inclusion because I can see the difference our changes made not just for Quinns but for so many other children who travel from far & wide to visit our park.

Although I’ve been a bit quiet on here I’ve been working away in the background. I’ve developed a game called Domino Park with Socialudo. It’s a fun game to play and discuss what can be done to improve accessibility in all kinds of green spaces.

You can download a Print & Play version of Domino Park on the Socialudo website (https://socialudo.org/play/dominopark) or contact Socialudo to find out more.
