It has 5 acres of exceptional gardens including water features (lake, ponds), medieval stocks, a Tudor barn, an indoor pool and and an indoor ballroom for hire.

It was such a privilege to see the joy on people’s faces when they met Pippin, Gimli and Frodo from Cotswold Manor Alpacas at Bretforton Open gardens. We even persuaded Celia, co chairman of open gardens and Helen and Rob, ex head of Parish Council to meet them.

During the Bretforton Open gardens this Sunday Cotswold Manor Alpacas are offering bargain meet/greets in our orchard at Bretforton Manor. Cost is just £2. For this you get to meet them and feed them. You will have had to buy tickets for entry to the Open gardens. Adults £7 and Under 16s are free. Ticket money goes to two charities - Evesham Street Pastors and Chipping Campden nursing home.
