We have reached the Quarterfinal stage of the BetVictor English Open here at The Brentwood Centre!

Tonight we see an all English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 match and an all Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 match! With legends of the game Mark Williams, Shaun Murphy and Judd Trump all in action along with upcoming star Liam Davies!

Aquatics GB, in partnership with Scottish Swimming and Swim England, is looking for young people aged 12–16 with a background in gymnastics, acrobatics, trampoline or similar sports to take part in the Fast Track Talent Transfer programme.

This exciting opportunity could help talented young athletes transfer their skills into diving and begin their journey through the sport’s talent pathway 🙌

📚A fantastic opportunity to join our team, as we approach a massive refurbishment with even more future opportunities… A perfect time to join one of the largest leisure providers in the country!

This 12 month work based programme, will include both on and off the job training and give you a Level 2
Leisure Team Member qualification.

We need an Apprenticeship Recreation Assistant who will…
✅ Want to learn to be an effective communicator with other team members.
✅ Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values.
✅ Want to learn to deliver high customer service standards.
✅ Want to ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre.
✅ Ensure equipment setups are completed safely and on time.

🏊 National Pool Lifeguard qualification will be gained during the course so you’ll need to be able to swim
to a competent level.

You’ll also achieve a swimming teacher and fitness qualification. 🏋️‍♀️

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and requires an enhanced DBS check which we will complete before you start.

🧘‍♀️What a fantastic class 🎉

Last weeks, Sunset Yoga was a great evening of exercise. Such a popular class we had to add extra spaces!

Everyone from beginners to experienced participated, and all enjoyed. It was hosted by the fantastic Tash.

Keep an eye out for the opportunity next year, as it fills up very quickly!
