BROW LAM & KOREAN LASH LIFT ๐Ÿฅฐ

This client has never had a brow lamination before & she was very nervous about it. She previously had microblading done however the pigment has turned very cool/almost green in colour and she asked what would be best.

I do not offer laser removal which is the only way to permanently remove the pigment โ€” however suggesting that she has a brow lamination meant that the hairs would be manipulated to sit over her old microblading pigment to cover this as much as possible. We added in a light brown tint to keep it nice and natural.

Paired with a Korean lash lift and tint (with these stunning lashes wow) ๐Ÿ˜

Tint vs stain โœจ

Both are equally as good as each other but both serve different purposes for different reasons:

Tint is good for:

-Already full brow density (nothing to do with the natural colour of the brow by the way)
-Natural enhancement
-Doesnโ€™t want or need dye on the skin

Stain is good for:

-Sparse, or brows that have gaps within them
-More filled in look, structured with precise lines
-Wants or needs skin stain
-Longer duration of colour

Below are two perfect examples side by side.
The first is tint with a brow lamination, natural and doesnโ€™t require or want skin stain. The second is stain, for a bolder, more precise look due to sparser brows.

And BOTH look so good?! They suit the individual face so well!! Skin tones, hair colour etcโ€ฆ โœจ

โœจ SKIN SHIELDโ€ฆ โœจ

Skin shield is used for an array of different reasons:

1) Young clients/clients who are new to waxing due to sensitive skin barrier (like the young girl in this picture)

2) The client uses active skincare or medications eg, retinol, AHA, BHA, certain acne medication for example tretinoin

3) Dry or skin that bruises easily

4) Mature clients with fragile skin

5) Sun exposed skin (granted there is no sunburn)

This young client, (with her mums permission for waxing & picture) had her brows waxed for the very first time. A skin shield prior to waxing was used to protect the sensitive area around her eye to prevent her skin from lifting, bruising or grazing & reduces redness!

This does not mean it 100% prevents these from happening but acts like a second skin

Regular clients: please do let me know on the day of your app if there has been ANY change in skincare use ๐Ÿ˜Œ

New clients: this will be asked during mandatory patch test ๐Ÿ˜Œ
