We will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards the girls.

We are appointment only unless advertised. We have made this clear for months across social media. We also have a sign on the door stating this.

Appointments during the summer holidays are vital because of how busy this period is.

We can not drop what we’re doing with a pre-booked client mid session to fit piercings or jewellery in or walk-in tattoos. We are not robots. Our focus is the client at hand as they have booked our time.

We are busy working, please have abit of patience and compassion. If you haven’t booked an appointment that is not our fault. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing.

Well done to all the younger ones who have braved the needle for there first ear piercings. They should be so proud of themselves! They have been brilliant and such a joy to see there faces beam when they see there new piercings!
