WOW I am buzzing!!!

Our first Dance class was such a success!

A non judgmental space for women to move their bodies dance and have FUN!!

Changing the way society see’s plus-size Dance instructors one dance at a time.

All bodies are celebrated.

It’s not about getting the steps right it’s about going at your own pace ( even faster that me if you want ) but not worrying because you are in a Body positive space and I am so passionate about women loving themselves unapologetically.

This is a Dance class for curvy Courageous women who love to Dance this is a Body positive space where all bodies are celebrated.

with our own side entrance and FREE parking for my Dance proud with Sam Lady fit class’s in the uk.

Tuesday evenings at 8pm - 8.45pm with break in between

£6.50 per session to be paid before class
