Representing Clean North — it’s BGIRL FOX!!
Fox is an integral part of the Bradford breakin community and has played a major role in helping shape the scene into what it is today. Beyond the floor, she continues to uplift people around her, always looking for the best in others, creating opportunities, offering support and sharing wisdom gained through her many years of experience across different disciplines and parts of the culture.
With a background in gymnastics from the age of three, training in multiple dance styles & 17 years of pure breakin, Fox brings discipline, creativity, heart, determination and consistency into everything she does. Her impact can be felt throughout the community, especially through the next generation of breakers she continues to inspire and support.
As one of the UK’s longest-standing Bgirls, Fox has also played an important role in helping create a strong presence of women within the city’s scene. Bradford has produced and continues to produce many talented Bgirls and having figures like Fox leading by example is a huge part of that. Her work with Tech Styles helps to create welcoming spaces where younger generations of girls feel supported, empowered and encouraged to be themselves within the culture.
Alongside Tranquil, they are also building something special as a family, raising two young guns, who are already growing within the culture themselves.
Fox represents the values that matter most within this scene such as respect, authenticity, care, community and consistency. We say it year upon year because it is true, the scene here in Bradford wouldn’t be the same without her.
