We want to live in a world where learning disabled and/or autistic people are seen, heard and represented everywhere.

Our new Associate Producer will be continuing this work to amplify the stories of disabled people.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Associate Producer to join our making and touring team who has a passion for innovative storytelling.

With a proven track record of bringing bold stories to life, and at least three years’ experience in a similar position, this role will be integral to the work that Mind the Gap makes next.

With strong relationship building skills and a keen eye for detail, we are excited to hear from people who have strong tour booking and programming experience and who can develop and position Mind the Gap’s creative work for the right audiences and venues.

Have you ever had thoughts and feelings that you just can’t get out of your head? Join Hope Shooter to work out how to get it in writing and express yourself through poetry. Work through various writing exercises and games to help you figure out your own writing style!

Inspired by sensory experiences you love, work with YAYA (aka The Street Autist) to create a giant sensory sculpture that includes things that make us feel calm, happy and safe.
