Building Your Wedding Soundtrack 🎶

The music is what people remember. That first dance that brought a tear. The song that filled the floor in seconds. The final track that sent everyone home buzzing. Here's how we help our couples get it right.

Start with your vibe. Romantic and elegant, or loud and fun from the first beat? Classics, modern hits, or a proper mix? Your music should match the feeling you're after.

Think in moments. The first dance is your headline (couples are loving Ed Sheeran "Thinking Out Loud" and John Legend "All of Me" these days). The open floor is where the party kicks off. And the last song matters just as much as the first.

Mix favourites with crowd pleasers. A blend of your must-haves and the tracks everyone loves means your nan and your uni mates both get their moment. The ones we get asked for every time? "Mr Brightside", "Uptown Funk" and "Don't Stop Me Now".

Give us your Do-Not-Play list. Just as important as what you want to hear.

Some of the more unusual requests we've had over the years have really got us 🤣
"The Mighty Quinn" (for a family called Quinn, naturally), a full set of Soca music, and a Glenn Miller medley mixed live against modern tracks - which, weirdly, absolutely worked. Bookings full of surprises.

How you end the night matters as much as how you start it. Our favourite closers: Sinatra "New York, New York", Gerry and the Pacemakers "You'll Never Walk Alone", Take That "Never Forget", Elbow "One Day Like This" and The Wannadies "You and Me Song".
