What a fantastic evening last night at the Edgehill Gliding Club Summer Party at Shenington Airfield!
For many years now, Spectra Discotheques has had the pleasure of entertaining at this wonderful annual event, and it's one I always look forward to.
There's something very special about setting up our disco in an aircraft hangar surrounded by some amazing vintage aircraft. It creates an atmosphere that you just don't find anywhere else.
The barbecue was enjoyed by all, and it was great to see so many people of all ages coming together for a night of fun, laughter and dancing.
As always, the fancy dress outfits were outstanding, and the dance floor was busy as we travelled through the decades with party classics from the 1960s right through to today's chart hits.
Events like this remind me why I still love DJing after all these years. Seeing families and friends making memories together, singing along to favourite songs, and simply enjoying themselves is what it's all about.
A huge thank you to Lucy and all the organisers for inviting us back once again and for all the hard work that goes into making the evening such a success.
And congratulations to the winner of the fancy dress competition, who came as Madonna! 😅
