From our humble beginnings, when a lot of our equipment was either borrowed, hired or home-made, we now have full professional lighting and sound equipment, and our shows become more and more adventurous every year. Live music used to be the order of the day, and this idea was resurrected for "Knight Fever" in January 2013. However, over the years it has become more and more difficult to find musi
cians able to commit fully to the the 3 months or so of rehearsals that it takes to prepare a show, and professionally recorded backing tracks are now used to accompany our wonderful cast. Bozeat Players are now an established part of village life, and have donated several thousands of pounds over the years to many local groups and good causes. We enjoy a good local following and also pull in audience members from outside the area to our shows. We have a dedicated "hard core" of members who have been involved for many years, and an elected committee who meet on a regular basis to discuss future productions, run the finances and all the other stuff that goes on
behind the scenes. We even have some members who have been with us all
the way back to 1986, so "well done!" to them. We are constantly on the lookout for new talent, both on stage and off, so if you would like to join us, either as a performer, backstage or even be considered for a position on the committee, please contact us through the website or by email to John Bowman (Committee Member)
