What a weekend I’ve had genuinely feel on top of the world🫡
Never did I ever see myself spending 3 days In The Lake District with 16 girls who I’ve never met before. I think being a military spouse can be tough, challenging and isolating so I took on this military experience to do something for myself and face other challenges and fears. Big thanks to for pushing us through the weekend👊🏼

I’ve done things like scrambling 1500ft, abseiling 130ft in to a canyon, jumping of large rocks into waterfalls and caving in pitch black without a torch navigating our way through.

I want to say a big thank you to for organising this experience. The girls I met where lovely and I feel like I’ve made friends for life🫶🏼 I know we lost some people on the way which I think made the group much stronger.
I can be a closed book at times and it was so lovely to open up to the girls and express my feelings and to relate to other pad wives was so heart warming…🩷

Hello everyone
As some of you know I’m taking part In an event called Rationed and Ready which has been organised by Pad Wives Assemble Podcast this event will be 3 days and will be happening 23rd August to the 25th august.
Through their Podcast they have chosen to raise funds for Combat Stress this year.

Rationed and Ready is a unique and exciting opportunity to immerse myself in the world of military survival and Adventure Training.
This event will be about pushing boundaries, empowering each other, breaking stigmas, and making lasting friendships—all while raising vital funds for Combat Stress.
The 3 days will be filmed then edited into a 3-6 part series on YouTube. There are many awards to be won and one of them being charity champion.
