Let’s get PHYSICAL!

Well, we already did.. and our Fit For Feb theme tune this year was the Olivia Newton John classic - PHYSICAL!

Although, listening to the original lyrics, we’re not entirely sure it was walking, or cycling, or running, that she was singing about…

Nevertheless, we changed a few lyrics here and there, used it as inspiration, and ended up doing a whopping 1544.59 miles between us throughout February!

For our physical health, for our mental health, and to raise funds for the wonderful local Forest Holme Hospice Charity .
