THE PRESS PLAY CLUB is the LATE NITE BRAINCHILD of DJ KENNY MITCHELL (NYC/!ALLCITY!) & FRENCH MIKE (GETTIN HETIC/LONDON)

The idea is simple:

Have Fun Throwing Parties, Making & Sharing Beats, Building Community around the SouthCoast, and Bring some Shine to Dope Tunes and Producers. PRESS PLAY Parties get Producers & Record Labels (Known and Unk

nown) to submit via email and soundcloud NEW Unreleased tracks for our Resident and Guest Dj’s to test out on an amazing FUNKTION ONE Sound System to a dance savvy crowd. After the party, people leave feedback and comments of tracks played on the night via SOUNDCLOUD/MIXCLOUD/FACEBOOK/TWITTER-this builds a nice community feedback loop for the producers. Labels check in and if they like what they hear- they release the tracks. If you produce and want to hear your tracks played out on a dope Funktion One System, send stuff to our dropbox at:

Although we love all types of music, PRESS PLAY PARTIES vibe mostly with House (all types)/Electro/Bass/UK Funky/with a dash of Dubstep. BUT send us your stuff, you never know∆

The South Coast has some SERIOUS talent! If you still haven't sent us some but still want to...get a emailing or soundclouding NOW!
