I’m sorry I’ve been quiet. Our house is being knocked about by builders, so it’s been a big distraction during this lockdown!

I hope everyone is getting through this one ok. It feels a bit like Groundhog Day, doesn’t it?

I am so grateful for lighter evenings now. Doesn’t it make such a difference? ☀️

Have you been out enjoying the snow? I think for a lot of people it’s been a bit of normality and a welcome distraction ❄️ I’ve loved seeing all the snowy squares on here!

It’s been so nice to have some brighter weather! ⛈

This is Mother Siller’s channel in Stanpit Marsh, named after the “Angel of the Marsh”, Hannah Siller. She was a local land lady and this channel would run into town and past the pubs she owned. The smugglers would store their contraband there.
