I'm very excited to share our Autumn Term Dates
I hope you can make it to our friendly and supportive singing community. No auditions, No reading music, No public performances but we do go out into nature to sing among the trees at the end of the term.

Just singing cos it's fun and makes you feel good!

Good morning beautiful singers ☀️
Sorry I’ve been quiet on here, I’ve been galavanting round Europe 🥐 🖼️ 🏔️ However, I’m back now and very excited to be singing again this evening.
🎶 🎵 🎶

Dates are every Monday but not bank holidays and takes us through to the 19th June for an outdoor sing in the sunshine 🤞

Hope to see you this evening! We’ll warm up at 6.45 for a prompt 7.00 start.

“Joining the barefoot singers was definitely a winning decision!
When you walk in to the circle ⭕️ you feel a deep rooted connection to the other people immediately, you also feel acceptance, warmth, kindness and passion!
You realise that even if you have always been told and believed you can’t sing 🎶 when a group of people join a circle and harmonise the sound is quite beautiful and actually feels primal! Powerful!
Got home from work at 5.30 cold and knackered thought about skipping it! So glad I didn’t. I feel uplifted ❤️❤️”

Barefoot Singers began in 2022 as a welcoming, safe space to explore and learn about your voice and making music with others.

It has grown into a community who meet to learn songs and sing together, making beautiful harmonies with all voices welcome.

Learn some tips on how to warm up and make the most of your voice. Experience building blocks of music and creating layers of sound with others.

Most of all we sing because we enjoy it and we always come away from a session feeling great.

Community ---- Singing ---- Harmony ---- Circle song


Usually using 4-part harmony, we learn simple repetitive Earth-based songs, some pop-based songs, and guided circle singing where the leader improvises voice parts for each group.

We do not rehearse for a performance; however we do take songs we have learned to sing in the forest amongst trees for a Wild Singing experience.

The new term starts on Monday at 🍒 Black Cherry Theatre, Boscombe

You don’t need experience or a trained voice to sing with others 🎶🎶

You will learn some singing tips, and create gorgeous a Capella harmonies in a supportive and friendly singing group ⭕️
