2 hour portrait in oils from last night's JAM Art Club session at the The Goat and Tricycle - enjoyed being locked out of social media but feel like I should try and get back in to the habit of posting. Enjoyed the colour and vibe of this one of but still need to work on likeness and proportions etc! On to the next one...

My attempt from last night's portrait session at at the Bournemouth. Soft pastel over 2 hours. Pleased with the colour and feel of it even if the likeness wasn't exactly right. Feel like these regular weekly sessions are really improving my portraits!

After a great portrait session on Monday very much looking forward to this eve's lifedrawing! If anyone would like to come along to multiple sessions in the week we're offering 2 sessions for £20 (saving £5) or 3 for £30 (saving £7.50). Just get in touch or we can work it out on the day as haven't figured out how to get it on the website yet. Also if you're low income or just can't afford it and would like to do multiple sessions then we can probably work something out. Just send me a message or have a chat at the session. See you soon! X

After the recent events happening globally JAM art club wants to make it clear that we reject intolerance and racism in all forms and we stand for respect, love and unity to people from any background, gender, nationality, race or sexual orientation. Now is a time to come together. We love our community and love the diversity of people who attend our sessions and have become friends. These include people from different countries, sexual orientations and genders and we think that is beautiful.
