A recommendation might be made, but the work doesnโ€™t necessarily stop there. ๐Ÿ‘€

Between recommendation and submission, rates, fees and criteria can change, sometimes quickly. For advisers, that can mean keeping a close eye on recommended products while continuing to manage the rest of their workload.

ADAPT helps take some of that manual monitoring away, tracking recommended products and alerting advisers to relevant changes as they happen. ๐Ÿ””

So rather than spending time checking whether something has changed, advisers have greater visibility over the cases that may need their attention.

Because what happens after the recommendation matters too. ๐Ÿ’š https://www.twenty7tec.com/adapt/

๐Ÿ“ฑ Digital-first doesn't mean digital-only.

Younger clients have grown up with instant access to information, app-based services and social media at their fingertips. But when it comes to major financial decisions, the human relationship still matters.

In his latest piece for Financial Reporter, our CEO James Tucker looks at what Gen Z's changing expectations mean for financial advisers, and why the opportunity isn't to replace personal advice with technology.

It's to use technology to make advice more accessible, connected and convenient, while giving advisers more time to provide the expertise clients value.

And importantly, that relationship shouldn't disappear once the mortgage completes.

๐Ÿค– Will AI ever replace the human adviser?

Technology is transforming financial services, but some things are much harder to automate.

In this ELEVATE clip, we explore why relationships, trust and human understanding remain such an important part of advice, and how AI can instead be used to support advisers and make those relationships even stronger. ๐Ÿค

The opportunity isnโ€™t to replace the human element. Itโ€™s to use technology to give advisers more time for it.

Mortgage jargon can sometimes feel like its own language. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ“–

So, weโ€™re breaking down some of the terminology you might come across across the mortgage industry, one term at a time.

From Additional Security Fees (ASF) to the Bank of England (BoE) and Title Deeds, swipe through for this weekโ€™s Mortgage Jargon Busters. ๐Ÿ‘‰

How many did you already know? ๐Ÿ‘€

๐Ÿ“Š Less assumption. More evidence.

When the mortgage market moves quickly, lenders need to know whatโ€™s actually happening, not what they think might be happening.

In this ELEVATE clip, Nick Wakeham and Kim Lugtenaar discuss how access to the right data can help lenders validate what theyโ€™re seeing in the market and make decisions with greater confidence.

Because sometimes the most valuable shift is simply moving from โ€œI thinkโ€ to โ€œI know.โ€ ๐Ÿ’ก

Clients might not remember every step of the advice process, but they will remember how supported they felt throughout it. ๐Ÿ’ฌ

When products change or rates move, the impact goes beyond the recommendation itself. It can create uncertainty for the client and additional work for the adviser, particularly when changes happen at short notice.

Having greater visibility means advisers can respond earlier, communicate clearly and give clients confidence that their case is being actively managed. ๐Ÿ‘€

ADAPT helps support that by monitoring recommended products and highlighting relevant changes as cases progress.

Because a better advice journey isnโ€™t just about finding the right product. Itโ€™s about what happens next. ๐Ÿ’š https://www.twenty7tec.com/adapt/

Born to give great financial advice. Forced to... do everything else ๐Ÿ˜‚

Wealth advisers get into the profession to understand their clients, build long-term relationships and help people achieve their financial goals.

Probably not to chase paperwork, ask for the same document twice or spend ten minutes working out which system has the information they need.

The serious point behind the jokes? Good technology should reduce that friction, not add to it, giving advisers more time to focus on the conversations and relationships where they create the most value.

Wealth advisers, what would you add to the list? ๐Ÿ‘‡
