The last Wednesday of the month is our Jazz Jam at the Brewery.

Wednesday 30th August is tomorrow...
Bring your instrument and come and sit in with the house band, all great players, but we welcome all ages and abilities.
Or just come down to listen to some groovy jazz vibes with an excellent choice of ales on tap.
Music from 8.30pm. Arrive by 8 to book a slot. Admission free, but please bring a contribution
towards the rhythm section fees. These guys are professional musicians... support live music!

On Wednesday 16th August at the Poole Hill Brewery the jazz is cancelled this week.

Next week's "Second Line" concert will go ahead , so please watch this space.

The Ian Ellis Quartet

Top jazz saxophonist Ian Ellis returns with a hard-swinging quartet comprising trumpeter Andy Urquhart, bassist Pete Maxfield and drummer Andy Chapman.

Ian and Andy have the authentic sound of American jazz... forget 52nd Street... Poole Hill!

Music from 8.30pm. Admission free but please bring a donation to help keep music live.

Playing Harry Skinner's beautiful tunes, this trio are a hot ticket. Featuring Harry on guitar, wunderkind bassist Chris Atwell and superb drummer Andy Chapman, the music they make is timeless. Drawing on jazz, rock, reggae, minimalism and just about anything that calls itself music, they are seriously good...

Admission free, music from 8.30.
