She is a fully qualified teacher and I am continuing to assist her on a Saturday morning and by also taking adult classes in Ballet (ladies with no experience welcome and Glitz 1 - an introduction to Modern/freestyle and some Burlesque thrown in for good measure!! Good morning everyone, for those of you who aren't aware, I have made the difficult decision to semi-retiring from teaching. I am delighted to inform you that from January 2018, my youngest daughter Josie will be running "JCADA" Josie Clarke Academy of Dance & Acrobatics. Her website is www.jcada.co.uk and she also has a page www.facebook.com/josieclarkeacademy From the website you can download a copy of the new timetable and enrolment form, Open Evenings are also scheduled for Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th January from 4pm - 8pm. I am happy to inform you I will still be helping Miss Josie with the younger dancers' classes and also the ladies classes. Miss Josie has already many exciting things planned for 2018 including exams, competitions and a production at Blackfriars Theatre. I would like to thank everyone most sincerely for their support at AJ Dance over the last 14 years and I hope you will continue to support Miss Josie in her exciting new venture. Please remember there are lectures at Lincoln this weekend - tap work for primary standard and above (not graded work!) and also something for the 10years plus (INCLUDES PARENTS) a bit of strictly with the ever wonderful Mr Andrew Pigg - examiner and coach to championship dancers! All "Strictly" fans - a chance not to be missed. You could always pop into Lincoln afterwards for a spot of lunch or some early Christmas Shopping! ###x Hope some of you will be able to make it! ###x
