Rustic Stomp 2026 fires up early with a special Thursday Night Indie/Alternative takeover, curated by grassroots champions The SHiNDiG. Known for building a powerful reputation supporting emerging and independent artists, The SHiNDiG bring their signature DIY energy to the farm with a handpicked lineup of exciting acts pushing fresh sounds across the alternative spectrum.

Taking to the stage on Thursday night:

Los Coyote Men • Opalites • Design Fault • Chimphouse • Kolumbia • Could It Be Heaven

Expect shimmering indie hooks, alt-rock attitude, underground spirit and the kind of electric atmosphere that turns a warm-up night into an essential part of the weekend experience. This opening night sets the tone for the whole festival — independent, authentic and packed with discovery.

🎟 Important: Thursday night is a special ticketed event and requires a separate ticket.
Weekend passes do not include Thursday entry, so be sure to grab your add-on and catch every note from the very start.

Performing laugh-out-loud funny songs, parody songs, and also heartbreakingly poignant songs, Polly Morris is a whirlwind of entertainment. Her songs have clever lyrics and catchy melodies and with her award-winning album 'Am I an Alien?' just released, she is never short of something new to make you smile.
As well as being an entrancing solo performer, Polly can also be seen with the Polly Morris Band, which combines fun with musicality and has become synonymous with the phrase "Expect the Unexpected”. Prepare to be engaged from start to finish, or as one audience member put it “She took me through every emotion I had - from tears to laughter!”
Supported by Lucy Wild, a velvet-voiced storyteller & songstress, Lucy Wild shows up with her green guitar and makes some lovely noise. Tells tales, sings fables, cracks jokes.
